Having access to Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils and Natural Solutions is an important part of regaining and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing. We all can agree that no matter how well we eat, the food is not as nutrient dense as it once was, plus much of it is laden with chemicals and pesticides unless we are eating all non-GMO/organic all of the time (which is impossible).

Another area of concern are the toxins that surrounds us every day in the environment and that are contained in most store bought products. They build up in our systems and increase our toxic load which in turn stresses our bodies. Having access to the products that TOLHC promotes help empower you to take back some control of areas that can help reduce your toxic load so your bodies can be better equipped to take care of the toxins that we can't control entering our bodies.

When our bodies are well supported they can start to do what they are designed to do naturally, which is, to be in a state of optimal health. Whether it is using an essential oil to help support a physical issue, buying or making your own cleaning products and personal care products to have less toxins entering your body, and/or most importantly, having a good foundation of nutritional health with high quality, bioavailable, food based supplements, Deanna and TOLHC can help tailor Natural Solutions to meet your current needs and budget.

What are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are the natural aromatic chemical compounds that are steam distilled or cold pressed from the leaves, bark, stems, roots, flowers, seeds, and rinds of plants. They are extremely complex and can be very powerful to enhance physical, mental and emotional health. Essential Oils have been used for thousands of years to provide simple, natural, health solutions.

How are Essential Oils used?

The Essential Oils that Deanna promotes can be used three ways, Aromatically, Topically and Internally all depending on what type of effect you are wanting to stimulate. Most of us are familiar with essential oils being used in massage and aromatherapy but here are some other ways that Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils can be used.

The Essential Oils that Deanna promotes can be used three ways; Aromatically, Topically, and Internally all depending on what type of effect you want to stimulate. Most of us are familiar with essential oils being used in massage and aromatherapy but here are some other ways that Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils can be used.

Aromatically:

Using Essential Oils in diffusers are a great way to clean the air, open and support airways, and affect mood. Citrus oils have a wonderful uplifting effect and are great to use in diffusers, breathe in directly from the bottle, or to put a drop in the palms of your hands, rub together and inhale.

Topically:

There are great essential oils that you may use topically if you want to have a soothing effect, like if you have occasional muscle or joint stiffness or occasional head and neck tension, and want to rub something on those specific areas to relieve that tension. The bottoms of the feet are a great place to rub oils with minimal chance of sensitivity, but Deanna always recommends using vegetable based oil as a carrier to help the essential oil cover a broader area and minimize any chance of sensitivity.

Internally:*

Lastly, and only suggested with the oils that Deanna is promoting, is the ability to use Essential Oils internally. Internal use of them would support overall mouth, throat, and digestive health by placing the oils under the tongue, in a gel capsule, water, or your recipes. Not all essential oils are created equal. *Please do not buy oils off the shelf of some store and try to take them internally. Most will say right on the bottle 100% pure but will also say NOT FOR INTERNAL USE, so please do not use those internally.*
